Our custom-made railbikes fit comfortably and perfectly onto the railroad tracks and are easily powered by gentle pedaling. A unique adventure

Named after Irad Hawley, the first president of the Pennsylvania Coal Company, early industry in this quaint town centered on coal transportation from nearby mining. The region also features Lake Wallenpaupack, a man-made lake created in 1926, which measures in 52 miles of shoreline. The clean water and safe habitat of this area have enabled eagles to survive and thrive. These absolutely incredible birds are a thrill to see in person and were the inspiration for the name of our family company.

The Railbiking Experience

Our custom made red, white and blue railbikes come in tandem (2-seater) or quads (4-seater) allowing friends and families to enjoy the experience together. Each adventure is approximately 6 miles long and takes about 2 hours to complete.

All guests will leave at the same time accompanied by a team of our amazing tour guides placed both in the front and back of the group. After we depart, the group can spread out along the track, allowing each group to enjoy the outdoor adventure at their own pace and in their own space.
